Requirement for the QA Engineer (Automation/ Manual)

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the overall QA strategy across projects
• Lead and manage a team of QA engineers (manual + automation)
• Establish quality standards, processes, and best practices
• Own end-to-end quality across Web, Mobile, and APIs
• Drive automation strategy, including frameworks, tools, and CI/CD integration
• Ensure automated test pipelines (daily/nightly) are stable and effective
• Set up proactive monitoring for system health, performance, and failures
• Ensure issues are identified before reaching clients
• Oversee release quality by validating scope, UX, performance, and usability
• Ensure delivery of production-ready, scalable, and user-friendly systems
• Manage quality during AMC by ensuring continuous testing and platform stability
• Review and improve test coverage, test cases, and defect management processes
• Collaborate closely with developers, PMs, and designers for quality alignment
• Act as a quality gatekeeper and push back on substandard deliveries
• Mentor team members and improve overall QA capability within the organization

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)
• Experience in designing automation frameworks and CI/CD integration
• Strong knowledge of API testing and automation
• Understanding of performance testing and system scalability
• Deep understanding of software architecture and system workflows
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to define processes and enforce quality standards
